Can I manage cleaning from another city?
Yes. We coordinate the scope, local service partners, scheduling, and follow-up with you remotely. Availability is confirmed for each property before work begins.
What types of commercial properties can I request?
Offices, retail, hospitality, restaurants, shared residential areas, warehouses, and other facilities. Regulated, hazardous, and specialty work requires a separate assessment of partner capabilities and requirements.
How is cleaning priced?
Your quote reflects the size, condition, scope, and frequency. We agree on the scope and price before work starts; a walkthrough may be required.
Does a request confirm a booking?
No. It starts the conversation. A booking is confirmed only once scope, pricing, partner availability, and scheduling are agreed.
How do subcontractor ratings work?
Management reviews work submitted by an assigned partner. Ratings are tied to completed jobs and shared privately with that partner.
